Your Personal Information is collected from our Website, through e-mail and/or through online applications you complete, our guestbook, request for newsletters, request for community information, and through your activities with Comstock. In addition to its own use, Comstock may pass your Personal Information to a participating Lender, preferred Lending Partner, real estate professional and/or any of their authorized agents who provides the goods or services requested to meet the visitor/user/customer’s needs. Comstock may provide your e-mail address to vendors that it deems provide goods or services which you may need. Comstock may also use your Personal Information, or a portion thereof, to send you marketing materials, new community information, preferring Lending Partner information, participating Lender information, information regarding real estate professionals, vendors with information that you may need, and/or Comstock newsletters, unless you notify Comstock that you do not wish to receive such materials. In the event that we sell a business, we will attempt to include provisions in the selling contract requiring the purchaser to treat your Personal Information in the same manner required by this Privacy Policy. Thus, any of your opt out requests will not affect our right to transfer your information to a purchaser in these circumstances. Comstock reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information to a third party in the event of a transfer of all or substantially all of Comstock’s assets to a third party, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Comstock may hire companies to help deliver products or services, like a shipping company that delivers a package or a company that helps fulfill prizes for a sweepstakes. Comstock may take your Personal Information and make it non-personally identifiable, either by combining it with information about other individuals (aggregating your information with information about other individuals), or by removing characteristics (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you (de-personalizing your information).
